Refund Policy

Please read the following guidelines on retainer cancellations, graphical draft milestones, and software development refunds.

1. Retainer Contracts

Monthly digital marketing retainers or content strategy services can be paused or cancelled with a 15-day notice period. Fees already billed for active monthly cycles are non-refundable.

2. Design & Video Drafts

Creative campaign research and concept graphics involve hours of creative resource allocation. Once initial custom draft sets are approved or edited, partial payments cannot be refunded.

3. Web Development

Custom Next.js technical configurations are split into phase milestones (UX, Beta Frontend, Final Backend integration). Upon successful completion and approval of a milestone phase, the corresponding milestone invoice payments are final.
