Terms of Service

By accessing or contracting services from Artfulleye Designs, you agree to comply with the following operational terms and conditions.

1. Project Delivery & Timelines

Project milestones, design wireframes, code compilation schedules, and ad assets launches are executed according to the approved Quotation and scope terms mapped in the project dashboard.

2. Intellectual Property

Branding logos, graphical posters, raw footage video edits, and custom Next.js frontend codebases are transferred to the client upon full settlement of invoice balances.

3. Ad Spend Management

For digital marketing retainers, the client is solely responsible for linking active payment gateways directly to Facebook/Google ad manager accounts. Artfulleye Designs does not cover direct ad network invoicing.
